Age Range: 18 yo+
Clinical Experience: I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques to address a variety of concerns including emotional regulation issues, anxiety, depression, panic, BPD, and general coping with life stressors. I have significant experience working with the LGBTQ+ population. I am trained in addressing Gender Dysphoria and have supported many individuals in their journey of embracing their gender and sexuality.
