Kim works exclusively at our Dublin location.
She is not accepting new patients.

Philosophy:
She has a passion for the collaborative process and believes that by working together, in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, she can help clients find new solutions to old problems, and access strength and peace from within that can improve their quality of life. Kim provides supportive, client-centered counseling to adolescents and adults recovering from the trauma of abuse and/or loss; and to those struggling in their daily lives with anxiety, panic, depression, mood swings, family and relationship issues, and other cognitive and emotional challenges.

Clinical Experience:
Kim has over 20 years of clinical experience working with those affected by trauma began as a hospital liaison for CHOICES, and expanded at Catholic Social Services where, in addition to providing counseling, Kim developed and facilitated outreach groups in a variety of settings, and provided clinical and administrative supervision to counseling program staff. With a special interest in giving back to her field, Kim has also served as an adjunct instructor for the Human Services Department at Columbus State Community College.

Specializations:
Kim’s expertise in assisting clients with healing from the distress of grief and loss includes helping those with trauma related to miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, relationships, pregnancy, parenting, and other phase-of-life transitions.


Education:
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from The Ohio State University
