Ready to take the leap into private practice?

Let's be honest..... we all have some post traumatic stress left over from places we've worked along our professional journey. And it's never the patient care that burns us out-- it's the administrative stress! So at CBH, we pride ourselves on being a practice that prioritizes clinician wellness over all..... because you're not going to be there for your patients unless we are here for you.

Here's how CBH is different from every other place you've worked:
  • You will be fairly and equitably compensated.
  • You will feel respected and supported by leadership.
  • You will have a billing team so you never have to deal with insurance stuff yourself.
  • You will set your own schedule, and never be pressured to work evenings or weekends.
  • You will be able to take vacations when you want to, without guilt, and encouraged to take time off if you are working too much.
  • You will never be micro-managed.
  • You will be incentivized to work more, but never forced to do so. There are no productivity requirements other than maintaining a minimum of 10 patients per week.
  • You will have a consultation team with which you can consult about difficult cases.
  • You will be able to ask questions about money, taxes and billing without feeling guilty or patronized.
  • You will have access to competent in-house medication management resources, instead of having to hunt for prescribers for your patients.
  • You will vote on major practice decisions.
  • You will be provided with patient satisfaction results-- so you don't have to wonder if you're good at what you do.
  • Your thoughts and opinions will be heard and respected by leadership.
  • You will be eligible for excellent health insurance that works everywhere if you want it.
  • You will be supported in developing passive income material if you need a break from direct care.
  • You will be able to work at home, in the office, or some combination of the two-- whatever works best for your health and your family. You will never be forced to work in an office if you don't want to.
  • You will be able to see your patients, write your notes and live your life.

Required: Full and unrestricted Ohio license. At least 2 years post-licensure. Interest in and motivation to market yourself and own your own small business

Preferred: Experience in private practice setting, experience working with couples, families, seniors, grief, sex therapy, trans/LGBTQI issues, EMDR/PET/CPT trained, ACT/DBT, OCD, substance abuse, and/or eating disorder populations.

If interested, please submit cover letter and resume/CV stating your experience with preferred specializations as well as your business plan explaining how you will market yourself.

You can submit your cover letter and resume/CV HERE.

If selected to interview, you will meet with full-time providers and have the ability to get any questions answered, as we are looking for both full and part time providers who will be a good fit with the practice as a whole.
