Approaches/modalities I employ a range of evidence-informed interventions to help my clients grow and recover. I am deeply experienced with cognitive therapy, mindulness-based interventions and DBT. I have received specialized training in evidence-based interventions for PTSD. I believe that we should discuss treatment options together and decide upon the most efficacious approach to help you achieve your personal goals. About Dr. McCray Dr. McCray completed his Ph.D. in clinical psychology in 2004. His doctoral studies focused on the effects of media images of muscularity on men's body image and wellbeing. Since that time, he has worked in a number of clinical settings serving clients with a wide-range of challenges Including serving as the Chief Clinical Officer of The Center for Balanced Living for five years. He has spoken nationally and internationally on topics related to eating disorders especially the neurobiology of of eating disorders. His clinical work focuses on helping individuals with eating disorders and PTSD recover, building satisfying and fulfilling lives. Register and schedule Dr. McCray is not accepting new patients.
