About:
My name is Erika Stein and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio and a proud Coast Guard veteran with 13 years of active and reserve military experience.  I consider myself an adaptable counselor by providing the best and most appropriate treatment for my clients’ needs.  It is of the utmost importance to me that I create an environment in which an individual will feel absolutely respected, unjudged, and authentic.  My office is a place where clients can have room for self-exploration and growth.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and high needs clients.  I have worked in Athens with Hopewell Health Centers and Columbus with Nationwide Children’s Hospital, conducting individual, family, and brief therapy in community and outpatient settings.  I am particularly skilled at reaching difficult clients through creative techniques and making genuine connections.
