Depressive Disorders

What is Depression?

Depression is the common cold of mental health. Each episode of depression might look different, much like the symptoms of a cold can vary across episodes.

One episode can have you sleeping too much, gaining weight, but being able to concentrate and go to work. In another depressive episode, you might be unable to sleep and losing weight, and have no motivation to get things done.

Learn more about different types of mood disorders by watching this video.
