Schedule in 3 easy steps!

Step 2:
Select appointment and register.

Step 3:
Complete paperwork and confirm appointment.

For emergency situations, call 911, 988, Netcare at 614.276.2273 or go to your nearest ER.

For medication questions, call 614.360.2600 (option 2) or message your medical provider through the Patient Portal.

To make or cancel appointments, call 614.360.2600 (option 1) or use the Patient Portal.
