I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and have experience working in outpatient mental health and addiction treatment settings. I use a strengths-based and culturally sensitive approach with my clients while putting an emphasis on self-determination. In our sessions you will find freedom from anxiety, depression, and negative self talk. Additionally, you will learn how to effectively communicate with others and acquire strategies for healthy stress management. My goal is to help guide you through change and healing so you can start living the life you deserve.
