About:
I am passionate about helping people gain insight and a sense of empowerment as they navigate the transitions and challenges inherent in life. I create a safe and open space for clients to deepen their awareness of themselves and others. I strive to remain current on the most recent research and evidence-supported therapy. I use a multi-dimensional therapeutic approach to match people's individual needs. I encourage self-discovery where confidentiality and privacy are of utmost importance.
Please note that Amy does NOT provide couples therapy.

Treatment Modalities:
I am experienced and trained in utilizing the following treatments based on the client’s individual needs: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing 
**REMINDER**: We do NOT complete disability or FMLA paperwork, write ESA letters, complete pre-operative bariatric forms or provide ADHD testing.
