About
I am a Licensed Independent Social Work-Supervisor (LISW-S) in the state of Ohio.  I received my Master's Degree in Social Work in 2014 from The Ohio State University.  Prior to focusing on my education, I spent eight years in the United States Army Reserves as a Truck Driver and was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

My goal as your therapist is to create an open and accepting environment to help you be your authentic, true self.  I want to partner with you to find interventions that fit your needs and help you reach your goals.  I am very passionate and committed to working with you through challenges to help improve your social and emotional well-being.

Clinical Experience
I have experience working with children and teenagers with their families in various clinical settings including individual and family therapy.  As a medical social worker, I worked with families during different stages of their medical journeys.  My previous experiences at National Youth Advocate Center and Nationwide Children’s Hospital have prepared me to work with a wide variety of mental health concerns.

Clinical Approaches
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Client-Centered Therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Mindfulness
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
